V90 Defrost Air Distribution Fault

Sounds almost exactly like what happened with my V90. Error code and weak heating are spot on. Have you checked the blower motor and the overall temperature regulation? A faulty air distribution thing like you mentioned could definitely cause that.

Yeah, the air distribution was all over the place, and the windshield would fog up even with the defroster on full blast. Sounds like you should get a tech to look at it. For me, it was a dodgy connection to the air distribution flap motor. I'd suggest a trusted workshop based on my experience.
