Vauxhall Adam engine stalling

I'm having trouble with my 2017 Vauxhall Adam with a gasoline engine. It's got about 116151 km on it. The check engine light comes on and off, and the engine sometimes stalls when idling. The diagnostics say it's an incorrect fuel composition. I think it might be a bad cable or plug connection. Has anyone else seen this?

Sounds frustrating. I had a similar issue with my old Peugeot, although it was a diesel. Engine management light kept popping up and the car felt jerky. Have you checked for any obvious fuel leaks or tried a fuel system cleaner? Might be worth a shot before diving deeper.

Thanks for the suggestion. I haven't seen any fuel leakage, but what exactly happened with your Peugeot? Did the engine stall often, and did the codes also point to fuel mixture problems?

Yeah, the Peugeot stalled a few times, mostly when it was cold. And the codes were all over the place, pointing to fuel and air mixture problems. In the end, I took it to a workshop, and they sorted it out. Probably best to get it checked professionally, especially with those error codes.

I appreciate your insight. I'll book an appointment with a technician to check it out. The repair was 95€. Thanks again.
