Replacing the sensor fixed it. Considering the error code and your symptoms, I'd suggest getting the sensor replaced at a workshop. It's probably defective.

Thanks! Took it to a workshop and they confirmed the sensor was faulty. Replaced it for 155€. Seems to have solved the issue.
