My 2008 Renault Vel Satis with a gasoline engine is showing a defective engine mount. Mileage is at 95740 km. I'm getting an error logged and the idling is pretty uneven. Suspect it might be a defective cable or plug connection. Anyone experienced similar issues?

I had something similar on my Vel Satis. Does the vibration seem worse at certain RPMs?

Yeah, it’s most noticeable at lower RPMs when idling. When did you notice yours, and what was the fix?

Mine started gradually, same symptoms. Turned out to be a worn mount causing the connection to loosen. I'd recommend getting it checked at a workshop. Likely needs a mount replacement.
