Thank you for your input. Fuel efficiency does seem slightly diminished, and I have observed a minor response delay upon acceleration. Did you eventually identify the root cause?

Yep, for me it turned out to be a faulty throttle position sensor. Caused all sorts of havoc with the air/fuel mixture. Honestly, I tried a few things myself, but eventually had to bite the bullet and take it to a workshop. They sorted it out pretty quickly, but it's definitely something that can impact performance.

Understood. I appreciate you sharing your experience. Based on your advice, I had the throttle valve assembly replaced. The total repair cost was 265€. The issue is now resolved. Thank you again.

Whoa, sounds familiar! I drive a Veloster too, and I had similar symptoms a while back – the check engine light and a noticeable lag when accelerating. It felt like the car was struggling to get going. Have you noticed any change in fuel efficiency or any weird noises from the air intake? Might be worth checking those too.
