VelSatis Bluetooth Microphone Failure

Hi, I have a 2005 Renault VelSatis with a gasoline engine. My hands-free microphone isn't working anymore. Telephony is impossible. I checked the error memory and it shows an error related to the Bluetooth connection. Mileage is 130708 km. Any ideas?

The radio volume is fine. Everything else works as it should. I did try re-pairing my phone multiple times, but it didn't solve the problem. Could it really be a defective infotainment system?

Thanks for the advice! I took it to a workshop, and they confirmed it was the infotainment system. Repair cost 815€. Now everything works again!
