Venue cruise control malfunction
Summary of the thread
A 2020 Hyundai Venue with a gasoline engine has a malfunctioning cruise control system, which has completely stopped working. The issue might be due to a defective cable or plug connection, as indicated by an error code related to the cruise control system. Checking fuses did not resolve the problem, and a similar case was resolved by addressing the suspected defective connection at a workshop. Booking a professional inspection is recommended to fix the issue.

Good to know I'm not alone! It's completely dead all the time. Hasn't worked for a couple of weeks now. What was the fix for yours?

Mine was the same, completely dead. I was hoping it was something simple, but I ended up taking it to a workshop. They told me it was likely a defective cable or plug connection, just as you suspected. I advise you to do the same.

Thanks for the confirmation! I appreciate you sharing your experience. I'll book it in with a workshop to get it sorted. They quoted me 95€, so hopefully nothing else is broken.

Interesting. I have a Venue as well, and I actually experienced something similar not too long ago. Does the problem seem intermittent, or is it completely dead all the time?
