Fuses are all good, I checked 'em already. A bad head unit... is that a major PITA to fix? Like, am I looking at ripping apart the whole dash? And how would I even diagnose it properly?

Yeah, it sounds like the display is defective, which can cause all sorts of audio problems. I wouldn't recommend trying to fix it yourself unless you really know what you're doing. Best bet is to take it to a trusted workshop. I ended up paying around 725€ to get mine sorted. Worth it for the peace of mind.

Ugh, 725€... not what I wanted to hear, but thanks for the heads-up. Guess I'm off to the shop. Turns out the display was indeed defective, like you said. They replaced it, and everything's working fine now. Thanks again for the help!

I had a similar issue with my Venza. Radio, Bluetooth, all of it just stopped working. Did you check the fuses? Could be a faulty head unit. Sometimes it's just a bad connection, but more often than not, it's the unit itself.
