Thanks for the tip! When you had that issue, were there any other symptoms besides the car not starting? And did you manage to fix it yourself, or did you end up taking it to a shop?

Yeah, pretty much just the car not starting. Honestly, I fiddled with it for a bit, but I didn't want to mess anything up worse. Ended up taking it to a workshop. Best to get it checked properly, could save you a headache.

Appreciate the input. I think you're right; it's probably best to get it looked at by a professional. The error code and symptoms match, so I'll tell them to check the wiring harness and ignition switch. It was a defective plug connection. The repair cost me 95€.

Hmm, that sounds familiar. I had a similar issue with my Veracruz, I don't remember the exact year of mine, but it was something with the ignition. Have you tried checking the ignition switch itself? It could be a faulty connection there.
