Verso ignition error
Summary of the thread
A 2010 Toyota Verso with a gasoline engine is experiencing an ignition error related to "Terminal 15 ignition positive interrupted," preventing the engine from starting. Diagnostics suggest the issue may be due to a defective cable or plug connection. A similar problem was resolved by checking for voltage drops and inspecting connectors, leading to the discovery of a defective connector on the wiring harness, which was repaired at a workshop.

Thanks. Where exactly on the ignition circuit did you find the voltage drop on your Astra?

I chased my tail for hours! It ended up being a connector near the starter motor. Honestly, unless you're comfortable probing around the electrical system, I'd take it to a workshop. Could save you a lot of grief.

Thanks for the suggestion. I took it to the workshop, and it was indeed a defective connector on the wiring harness. Repair cost 95€ Appreciate the help.

Sounds like a PITA. I had a similar gremlin with my old Vauxhall Astra; turned out to be a corroded wiring harness connector. Do you have a multimeter? Check for voltage drop across the ignition circuit when you try to crank it. Could be a power supply issue or a bad ground. Rule out the easy stuff first like the battery terminal.
