Vezel ABS Lamp and Lateral Acceleration Sensor Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2022 Honda Vezel hybrid experienced an ABS lamp issue, with diagnostics indicating a problem with the lateral acceleration sensor. This defect can also affect the traction control system. The suggested solution is to have the control unit checked and potentially replaced, which resolved the issue in a similar case.

Yes, it does mention something about yaw rate. Could a defective lateral sensor cause the traction control to fail as well?

That's exactly what happened in my case. The affected control unit was defective and triggered a chain reaction, including traction control issues. I'd suggest visiting a workshop to have it checked.

Thanks for the advice! It seems the control unit was indeed the issue. Had to replace it; cost me about 1000€, but the problem is solved now.

I had something similar happen with my Vezel. Did the diagnostic mention anything about the yaw rate sensor or vehicle stability control?
