Thanks for sharing! When you had the issue on your BMW, were the symptoms intermittent, and did you also get any errors stored in the vehicle's memory?

Yes, it was intermittent at first, then became more frequent. No error codes though, just weird electrical gremlins. Since your Volvo is storing errors, it might be more than just a loose connection. A workshop visit might be a good idea to diagnose it.

Thanks for the insight. Based on your experience and the error codes, I visited the workshop. They found and fixed a faulty cable at the bumper antenna for 95€. Everything's working now!

That sounds frustrating! I had similar signal issues with my old BMW 3 series. The remote key went haywire, and the car radio reception was terrible. Have you checked the antenna connections for corrosion or damage?
