Yeah, key fob battery is fresh. How would I check the immobilizer, and what's the procedure for a system reset on this model?

Appreciate the input. Turns out it was a software glitch related to transport mode not being deactivated properly at the dealership. Dealer sorted it with a software refresh, no cost. All good now.

Oh dear, that sounds incredibly frustrating! Transport mode is usually only active when the car is being shipped from the factory, so for it to appear now is quite unusual. Have you tried the basics, like checking the key fob battery or seeing if the immobilizer is playing up? Maybe even a simple system reset?
