Volvo V90 Misfire Codes
Summary of the thread
A 2018 Volvo V90 is experiencing combustion misfire codes, rough engine performance, a check engine light, and jerking under acceleration, suggesting a potential issue with a fuel injector. After considering similar experiences and checking fuel pressure, the problem was identified as a faulty injector on cylinder 4. Replacing the injector resolved the issue, restoring the vehicle's performance.

Fuel pressure seems normal. Which cylinder was misfiring on your Insignia? And did replacing the injector solve it completely?

Cylinder 3 was the culprit. Replacing the injector fixed it. I'd suggest getting yours properly diagnosed though, could be other things. Best bet is to visit a workshop and run diagnostics.

Thanks. Faulty injector on cylinder 4 it was. Replaced it, cost me 515€, and it runs like new again.

Sounds familiar. I had similar symptoms on my 2016 Opel Insignia. Rough idle, check engine light, and loss of power. Turned out to be the fuel injectors. Have you checked fuel pressure?
