Volvo XC60: Heated driver's seat without function

I have a problem with my Volvo XC60. The seat heating on the driver's seat does not work, although no error code is displayed when reading out the error memory at the independent workshop. The fuse is OK and the display in the control element is present and can be tapped and selected. The seat heating on the front passenger seat works perfectly. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be and how I can fix it?

Summary of the thread

The heated driver's seat in a Volvo XC60 is not functioning, despite no error codes and a working fuse. The passenger seat heating operates correctly, suggesting the issue is isolated to the driver's side. A suggested solution is to inspect the wiring and connections under the driver's seat for any loose or damaged wires, as a simple reconnection might resolve the problem.

Check the wiring and connections under the driver's seat for any loose or damaged wires. Sometimes, a simple reconnection can solve the issue. Let me know if this helps or if you need further assistance!
