Why can't Carly delete the errors?

I have a problem with my VW Golf Plus: The engine control light is on and all the indicator lights are on after a voltage problem. I tried to clear the errors with Carly, but it didn't work. With VCDS I was able to delete the errors without any problems. Why can't Carly do that? This is already the third vehicle where I have this problem. Has anyone had similar experiences or a solution for this?

It's possible that Carly may not have full compatibility with your vehicle's specific control modules, which could limit its ability to clear certain error codes.
