Windshield Heater Issue

Anyone else have issues with the windshield heater on their Lexus GS? I have a 2018 GS hybrid and the washer heater seems to be toast. I'm getting an error code and the nozzles are frozen solid when it's cold. Checked the washer fluid level, what else is there?

I've had similar problems in my GS. Could it be a fuse?

A fuse, huh? Where would I find the fuse box for the windshield heater?

I am not sure about the exact location of the fuse box in your vehicle. However, given the symptoms, a defective cable or plug connection for the component seems likely. I would suggest consulting a workshop to address this problem.

Thanks for the advice. Ended up taking it to the shop, and you were right – faulty connector. Cost me 95€ to fix. Appreciate the help!
