Windshield wiper malfunction and warning light on Seat Exeo 2011 - exchange of experience and workshop recommendations wantedHello folks! I have a problem with my 2011 Seat Exeo (petrol engine, just under 107,438 km run). My windshield wipers are acting up, the fault memory is full and a warning light is illuminated in the speedometer. The last time at the mechanic wasn't that great, so I thought I'd ask here first. I'm pretty sure it's the relay for the windshield wiper and wanted to know: Have any of you ever had similar problems and had a good experience with your garage? Thanks in advance! Best regards

Hi, sure, no problem. After seeing my mechanic, the problem with the relay for the windshield wipers has been fixed. Everything is working fine and there have been no other issues with the wipers. For the cost, I don't think I complained about a €70 bill for fixing the faulty fuse problem at the time. Hope that helps you. Do you already know when you're taking your car to the garage? Regards

Oh yes, I know this situation all too well with my 2014 Seat Leon. I also had the same problem with my windshield wipers and the warning light. In my case, it was actually the windshield wiper relay that was acting up. Had to visit the garage last time as it was quite a serious fault. But the guys quickly replaced it and everything has been running smoothly ever since. Regards
