Thanks for the reply! The check engine light is pretty consistent, it's on most of the time. And no, I haven't noticed any weirdness with the engine temperature, it seems to be running normal there.

Given the consistency of the check engine light and the absence of temperature anomalies, it is plausible that the issue indeed pertains to the boost pressure sensor or related components. While a thorough diagnostic assessment is imperative, it may be prudent to consult a qualified automotive technician for a comprehensive evaluation and rectification. Repair costs may vary depending on the extent of the damage and the prevailing labor rates in your locality.

Thanks a bunch for the advice! I took it to the shop, and you were spot on. Turns out it was a faulty boost pressure sensor connection. New plug and a bit of wiring fixed it right up. Cost me 95€, but worth every penny to get my Windstar running smoothly again!

Greetings. I understand you are experiencing difficulties with your Ford Windstar. I, too, have encountered similar symptoms with my Windstar. Allow me to inquire: does the check engine light illuminate consistently, or does it appear intermittently? Furthermore, have you observed any fluctuations in engine temperature alongside these performance issues?
