Wingroad damping adjustment fault

Those symptoms certainly point towards a suspension issue. Have you inspected the shock absorber connections and wiring for any visible damage or corrosion?

Given the error code, warning light, and cable connection being a likely cause, I'd suggest a workshop check. The repair shouldn't cost more than 95€.
