Wingroad passenger seat electrics

Passenger electric seat on my 2016 Nissan Wingroad gasoline isn't adjusting. Mileage is 166997 km and an error is stored. Could it be a bad battery?

Hey! I had something similar with my Wingroad. Check the seat harness under the seat. Sometimes the connectors get loose or corroded. Also, listen to the seat motor when someone tries to adjust it. Can you hear anything? It could be a faulty seat switch too.

Thanks! Where exactly is the seat harness, and how easy is it to access? I'm not very experienced with car electrics.

It’s right under the passenger seat. You'll probably need to feel around for it. It's not hard to get to, just awkward. Honestly, from the error code and what you're saying, it does sound like a deeper electrical issue. I ended up taking mine to a workshop. They charged me 290€ to fix it.

I appreciate the advice. I'll check the seat harness, but it seems a workshop visit is the better option. I will post the solution when it's resolved.
