WRV Defective Injector
Summary of the thread
A 2019 Honda WRV diesel with 159,938 km is experiencing rough engine performance and a check engine light, with an error indicating 'reset quantity drift compensation.' This suggests a potential issue with a defective injection valve or injector. The recommended solution is to have the vehicle inspected at a workshop to diagnose and confirm the faulty injector, which was indeed the problem in this case.

Yes, the error message was quite specific - something about needing a system reset or compensation adjustment relating to fuel injection. Did you notice any change in fuel economy before the issue became apparent?

Yeah, mine was the same. Definitely sounds like the injection system. I'd suggest getting it checked out at a workshop; they can probably diagnose the exact faulty injector.

Thanks for the advice. Turns out you were spot on. Took it to the shop and they confirmed it was a defective injector. Repair cost was 515€. Appreciate the help!

I had a similar issue with my WRV. Rough running, check engine light. Was the error specifically about the fuel injection system?
