X Klasse Audio System Failure

My Mercedes X Klasse from is a 2020 model with a diesel engine, and the audio system has completely died. There's no sound at all, like the mute button is permanently on. I checked the fuses, and they're fine. I suspect a defective bass speaker, but could a busted auxiliary input or USB audio cause total radio silence? The car only has 19817 km on it. It's driving me crazy

I had a similar issue with my X Klasse. If the main speaker is gone, it can take out the whole system. It's like a short circuit taking down the whole grid. Have you checked the speaker connections?

The connections look ok visually. Is there a way to test the individual speakers without ripping everything apart? I'm trying to avoid making things worse

There isn't a simple way without proper equipment. For me, it ended up being a faulty speaker. The best bet is to take it to a workshop

Thanks for the advice. I took it to a shop, and you were spot on it was a defective bass speaker. It cost me 280€ to get it sorted, but at least the radio silence is over. I appreciate the help
