XC40 Electric Seat Fault

Alright, anyone seen this? My 2022 Volvo XC40 hybrid has a passenger electric seat fault. Error's stored, seat won't adjust. Could a heavily discharged or defective battery cause this? Mileage is at 224866 km.

XC40 here, had similar weirdness. Seat adjustment packed it in, error code too. Did you check the seat switch and harness?

Harness seems fine visually, switch too. But could a slightly damaged seat harness still cause this? What was the problem in your case exactly?

Yeah, even a tiny break in the seat harness can mess things up. In the end I went to the workshop to solve the issue. Saved me a lot of time in the long run.

Appreciate the help. Bit the bullet and booked it in. Turns out it was a faulty seat switch after all. Cost me 290€ to get sorted. Thanks!
