XC60 door lock failure

Hey, my 2015 Volvo XC60 with a gasoline engine is driving me nuts! The doors won't lock or unlock anymore. I'm guessing it's something with the door sensor. Anyone else had this happen?

I had something similar happen on my XC60. Check the cable and plug connection of the door latch. That could be it.

Oh really? Was it a pain to get to? And was it super obvious that the cable was the issue, or did you have to poke around?

It wasn't too bad to get to, but I couldn't fix it myself. I took it to the shop, and they said the cable or plug connection was indeed faulty. It cost me 95€ to repair.

Thanks a lot! I think I'll just take it to the workshop as well. Better safe than sorry, especially with electrics. Just got it back, faulty cable indeed. Thanks for the tip!
