XC60 Microphone Failure

Hi, I'm having a weird problem with my 2020 Volvo XC60 diesel. The hands-free microphone seems to have died. Telephony is completely unavailable and the car's throwing an error. I've tried adjusting the volume control and messing with the voice recognition settings, but nothing seems to work. Anyone else experienced this?

Thanks for the advice! Took it to the shop and you were spot on – defective infotainment system. Cost me 815€ to repair the microphone. At least it's sorted now!
