Yeah, mine was just a loose connector. But honestly, if you're not comfortable fiddling with it, best to take it to a workshop. I ended up doing that and it cost me around 95€, all in.

Sounds familiar. I had a similar problem with my XC60. Check the connections to the flap motor in the back. It's a common issue. Could save you some hassle.
