XC60 Rear Ventilation Flap Problem

My 2010 Volvo XC60, gasoline engine, with 197526 kilometers has a rear ventilation flap issue. An error is stored, the climate control is acting up, and the AC isn't cooling. I suspect a defective cable or plug. Has anyone seen this? Any tips on the air distribution, AC unit, or flap actuator?

Sounds familiar. I had a similar problem with my XC60. Check the connections to the flap motor in the back. It's a common issue. Could save you some hassle.

Yeah, mine was just a loose connector. But honestly, if you're not comfortable fiddling with it, best to take it to a workshop. I ended up doing that and it cost me around 95€, all in.
