XC90 Hands Free Microphone Failure

Hey, I'm having trouble with the hands-free microphone in my 2016 Volvo XC90 hybrid (32096 km). It's completely dead. Telephony is impossible, and there's an error stored. Could this be related to the infotainment system? Anyone else experienced similar audio input issues, problems with volume control, speech recognition, sound quality, or wireless connection difficulties?
