So, are you saying you had the exact same symptoms? Where did you find the faulty wiring? Was it near the sensors themselves?

Yep, same symptoms. I'm no mechanic, so I took mine to the workshop. Turned out a cable or plug connection of the component was defective. Cost me 95€ Saved me a headache poking around myself and potentially causing more damage.

I had a similar issue on my XC90. Those ultrasonic sensors are like fussy toddlers; they throw a tantrum if anything is slightly off. Check your rearview camera too. My bet is on faulty wiring or a loose plug somewhere. The whole obstacle detection system relies on clean signals.
