Xcent solar sensor fault

I own a 2015 Hyundai Xcent with a gasoline engine and 132546 km mileage. The error memory shows a solar sensor fault, which seems to cause a too low heating output. I suspect a defective cable or plug connection. Has anyone encountered this?

Summary of the thread

I also own an Xcent and had a similar issue. Was the error intermittent or permanent?

The error is permanent. Is this the same as your situation?

Yes, in my case it was also permanent. I would recommend checking the connections, but perhaps a visit to the workshop might be the best approach.

Thank you for confirming. The cable and plug connection were indeed defective. Repair cost was 95€. Issue resolved.
