Xcent Washer Fluid Warning
Summary of the thread
A 2015 Hyundai Xcent owner experienced a persistent low washer fluid warning and a non-functional windshield washer system, despite the fluid reservoir being full. The issue was identified as a faulty sensor near the bottom of the washer fluid reservoir. Replacing the sensor resolved the problem, as confirmed by a visit to a workshop.

Good analogy! Yeah, the error message is definitely about the washer fluid level. Where exactly is the sensor located? I'm not super familiar with all the car's bits and pieces.

It's usually near the bottom of the washer fluid reservoir. Honestly, dealing with those sensors can be a pain. I ended up just taking mine to the workshop. They replaced the sensor, and it sorted everything out. Could be worth checking the wiring too, but a garage will spot that easily. Don't want you chasing your tail on this.

Thanks! I appreciate the advice. Took it to the shop, and you were spot on – faulty sensor. 25€ later, all fixed! Cheers!

I've got an Xcent too, and had something similar happen. Check the sensor – it might be faulty. It's like having a smoke detector that goes off even when there's no smoke. Is the error message specifically mentioning the washer fluid level?
