Xsara fuel flap issue

Fuel flap on my 2003 Citroen Xsara diesel won't open. Error code stored, can't lock or unlock it, and some other functions are unavailable. I'm thinking it's a linkage issue, mileage is 110788 km. Anyone seen this?

Sounds like the electric actuator for the fuel flap has gone bad. Have you checked the fuse for that circuit?

I haven't checked the fuel flap actuator fuse specifically. Do you know where it is in the fuse box, or the fuse number? A wiring diagram would be great too.

Wiring diagrams are model-specific and complex. The fuse is likely blown because of a faulty actuator. I'd suggest a workshop visit; they can pinpoint the electrical fault and replace the actuator if needed.

Took it to a workshop as suggested. It was the electric actuator. Repair was 210€ including parts and labor. Fuel flap works now.
