Yaris rear ventilation flap issue

I had a similar issue with my Yaris. The air con was useless, especially on hot days. If the error code points to the rear ventilation flap, then maybe the flap actuator is faulty. Does the error memory also say that?

Sounds like the same thing. Sadly, I didn't fix it myself. I took it to a workshop. They said it was a defective cable or plug connection to the component. They replaced the cable/plug and it was sorted.

Thanks so much for the info! I'll take it to the workshop and mention the cable/plug connection. They quoted me 95€ for diagnosis and repair. Hopefully, that fixes it!
