Zoe Blower Motor Failure

My 2016 Renault Zoe electric car with 200697 km has a fresh air blower issue. The blower motor won't operate, and an error code is stored. Fuses are fine. Could it be the fan speed controller, or is the blower motor defective? Repair costs are around 365€.

I had a similar issue with my Zoe. Check the blower motor resistor. It's a common failure point.

Where can I find the blower motor resistor, and how do I check if it's faulty? I'm not very experienced with car repairs.

Honestly, I just took mine to a workshop. It's located deep inside the dashboard. I think you should get it checked out.

I took it to a workshop. They confirmed the blower motor was defective and replaced it. It cost me 365€.
