Zoe electrical issue

I'm having a weird electrical issue with my 2020 Renault Zoe (electric engine). The mileage is at 61420 km. Basically, the additional battery alarm system seems defective. The error memory has an error stored, and the car alarm isn't working at all. Could it be just the battery discharged due to ageing? Has anyone experienced something similar?

I also drive a Zoe. That sounds suspiciously like what happened to mine a while back. Was there any recent event that might have triggered it? Did you do a battery check?

Okay, I had the same symptoms. After some digging, it turned out to be a discharged battery, likely due to its age. I'd suggest taking it to a workshop to have the battery properly diagnosed. It will be 330€, but they will know what to do.
