Zoe Headlight Windshield Washer Issue

Hi, I'm having a weird problem with my 2012 Renault Zoe (electric engine). My headlight cleaning system isn't working, and now I've noticed the windshield washer isn't spraying either. I checked the fuses, and they seem fine. Anyone else had this issue?

Thanks for the quick reply! No, I don't hear the pump at all when I try to use either the headlight or windshield washers. Where exactly is the pump located? And how would I check for leaks? I'm not super mechanically inclined.
