Zoe Parking Aid Fault
Summary of the thread
A 2023 Renault Zoe is experiencing a parking aid fault, with the parking assistant system completely non-functional and error messages being reported. The issue might be due to a faulty cable or connector, as all sensors, both front and rear, are affected. A similar problem was resolved by checking fuses related to parking assist and blind spot monitoring, suggesting a potential wiring issue. The recommended solution is to inspect these fuses and consider professional repair if necessary.

Good shout on the blind spot monitoring! I hadn't considered that. All sensors are dead, front and rear. Which fuses did you check specifically? Did the blind spot monitoring throw any errors for you when your parking assist failed?

Yes, my blind spot monitoring was also acting up intermittently when the parking sensors went haywire. I would suggest check all fuses related to parking assist, blind spot and proximity sensors. In the end, I took mine to a workshop, and they sorted it out. Definitely sounds like faulty wiring somewhere.

Thanks! I appreciate the insight. I'll check those fuses and then probably bite the bullet and head to a workshop. I saw an estimate online of around 95€, so it shouldn't be too painful. Cheers for the help!

I had a similar issue with my Zoe a while back. Is it just the rear sensors, or are the front ones affected too? Did you check the fuses? Are you getting any errors related to the blind spot monitoring system? They might be related.
