Zoe poor radio reception

Hi, I'm having a strange issue with my 2021 Renault Zoe (electric engine). The radio reception is terrible. I keep getting an error message on the infotainment system, and sometimes the audio just cuts out completely. The car has 77681 km. Has anyone experienced anything similar? I've checked the basic settings, but no luck.

Sounds familiar! I had a similar radio issue with my Zoe. Is it mostly static noise and a weak FM signal? It drove me nuts!

Yeah, exactly! Static noise and a really poor signal. Was it the antenna itself? What was the cause?

Could be an antenna issue. In my case, the workshop diagnosed it as a defective antenna and replaced it. The error memory showed the same. You should get it checked.

Thanks for the info! I took it to the workshop and they confirmed it was the antenna. Repair cost was 255€. Radio reception is now perfect!
