Zoe Solar Sensor Error

Thanks for the quick reply! I did check the error memory, and it does point to the solar sensor. As for calibration, how would I go about checking or refreshing that? Is it something I can do myself, or does it require special equipment?

Alright, if the error memory clearly indicates the solar sensor, and the heating output is low, it's highly likely the cable or plug connection of the component is defective. While you could try to recalibrate, honestly, for something like that, I would recommend taking it to a workshop. It’s probably a quick fix, and they can properly diagnose any underlying issues. It's safety-related, after all.

Thanks for the advice. I took it to a local shop, and you were spot on! It was indeed a faulty connection to the solar sensor. They replaced the connector and recalibrated the system. Total cost was 95€ Appreciate the help!

Could be a faulty sunlight sensor indeed. Have you checked the error memory for specific codes? Also, is the sensor calibration current? Sometimes, recalibrating it can resolve minor glitches. The Zoe is pretty sensitive when it comes to its sensors.
