Zoe transport mode active

Hi, I've got a 2019 Renault Zoe (electric engine) and I'm seeing "transport mode active" on the dash. Mileage is 244728 km. It seems to be causing general electrical issues, and the navigation is dead. Any ideas? Vehicle is new.

That's odd. I had a similar issue with my 2017 BMW 5 series after it came out of the factory. The navigation system also failed, and the car generally felt like it was running in a restricted mode. Did you recently pick it up from the dealer?

Yeah, just got it. Is there anything I can do myself or is it dealer-only?

In my case, it definitely needed the dealer. It seems the car was not properly configured after delivery and remained in the "transport mode". They needed to perform a software refresh to unlock all features. Better go to the workshop. It seems like the car's brain got a bit scrambled during delivery, like when a computer needs its drivers installed.
