Probleme cu asistentul pentru menținerea benzii și încălzirea la Audi A6

Dețin un Audi A6, an de fabricație 2014, cu motor pe benzină și 150.000 km. Am constatat o defecțiune electrică generală. Sistemul de menținere a benzii de rulare al A6-ului meu are o cameră deasupra oglinzii interioare, amplasată într-un compartiment încălzit pentru a preveni aburirea acesteia.
