After you sign in, go to the Asset page. There you’ll find your referral link. It will automatically be created when you sign up.
If you want to change the end of your link, for example, to put your channel name, click “Advanced” then “Permanently change your referral code”. Please note that if you change this part of the referral code, all links with the old referral codes which you have used previously will become invalid, so make sure to update any pages with the old links.
Payment goes out monthly after we received your correct invoice via PayPal. Invoices are due by the 15th of the month, for the sales you made the previous month. For example, in March, you should invoice us for the sales you made in the full calendar month of February. Invoices that are not sent (and correct) by the 15th of the month may not be paid until the following month. We recommend setting a reminder in your calendar to invoice us.

Unfortunately, we can only pay commission for sales tracked within the Tapfiliate program.
For each new buyer whose adapter purchase is registered in Tapfiliate, the commission is in Euros, and the specific amount can be found next to each sale on your “Conversions” page. This is per a purchasing customer. Repeat purchases from the same customer do not earn a commission. You can also not make a commission off of your own purchases. The commission is subject to change; however, you will always be informed via email of any changes.
It is at our discretion to change the structure of commission prices from time to time for business reasons.
In Tapfiliate, you may see commissions in different currencies. This is because Tapfiliate matches the currency of the commission to the currency of your sale. Please ignore the currency of the commission though, it is always paid in Euro. We do not convert the 15 to another currency first, rather, we pay you 15 euros, and you receive whatever amount that is in the currency your PayPal account has.

No, and any codes found on these sites will be deactivated. Posting codes on external sites can result in you being terminated from the program. You should also not share your affiliate link with these sites.

Someone says they bought a Carly adapter/scanner using my link, but I don’t see the sale?
There are several reasons why this could happen. One is that the customer has ad blockers set up that prevent Tapfiliate from tracking the sale. Another could be that the customer clicked someone else’s link afterward or used a coupon code that belongs to another partner Then the sale would register as coming from that account instead of yours, as Tapfiliate attributes the sale to the last touchpoint. Lastly, the link could be incorrect, which is why we recommend always checking any links you post match your link in your Tapfiliate account. You can do this by clicking on the tab labeled “Assets” or “Programs”.
