370Z GPS antenna issue
Summary of the thread
A 2013 Nissan 370Z is experiencing a navigation system error and lack of GPS reception, potentially due to a GPS antenna issue. The problem may stem from hardware degradation or a loose wire. It is advised to have the antenna checked at a workshop, where it was confirmed to be defective and subsequently replaced.

No, no work has been done recently. So you are saying it is likely a hardware issue with the GPS antenna itself?

Yes, that was the case for me. The antenna itself can degrade over time, or a wire might have come loose. I'd suggest having it checked at a workshop to confirm the defect.

Thank you for your help. The workshop confirmed that the GPS antenna was defective. Repair cost including replacing the antenna was 200€.

I had similar GPS issues with my 370Z. Did this start after you had any work done on the car, particularly around the rear hatch or antenna area? GPS relies on a clear signal from satellites, and any obstruction or damage to the antenna can cause problems.
