A Klasse Climate Control Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2021 Mercedes A Klasse hybrid experienced a dead climate control panel, weak heating, and non-functional AC, with a fault logged in the error memory. The suspected cause was a bad cable or connector. After taking the car to a workshop, the issue was confirmed to be a faulty electrical connection, which was then repaired, resolving the problem.

The blower seemed fine. Where should I check for the power supply and connectors? Are there specific spots known to cause trouble?

Yeah, mine was totally dead too, no warning. I am no mechanic but I did some digging online and it seemed like a workshop job to me. I suggest you do the same.

Took it to the workshop, and you were spot on about the electrical connectors. They found a dodgy connection. It is all sorted now, thanks for the input!

That sounds familiar! I had similar electronic faults with my A Klasse HVAC system recently. Was the blower motor acting up at all before it went completely kaput? Did you check the power supply to the climate control unit or any of the electrical connectors?
