A Klasse Hybrid AC failure

I had a similar issue on my A Klasse where the A/C just stopped. Have you checked the AC relay? It could also be the pressure sensor or pressure switch causing the A/C system to shut down as a safety measure.

Where is the AC relay located? And how would undervoltage cause this?

I'm not certain about the exact location of the relay switch on the hybrid model. But undervoltage can apparently affect the A/C compressor and cause it to shut off. I suggest getting it checked at a workshop.

Thanks, I appreciate the help. I took it to a workshop, and it turned out to be an undervoltage issue like you said. They fixed it for 240€. It's working now.
