Adam Fog Sensor Issues

My 2018 Vauxhall Adam with a gasoline engine is throwing a weird error. The fog sensor seems faulty. Air con won't kick on, the spray nozzles are frozen when it's cold, and the mirror heating is dead. The error memory's full. Anyone seen this before? I'm thinking it's an electrical issue, maybe a loose cable?

Sounds familiar. I have an Adam, although I'm not sure of the year, and I had similar issues with the air con and heated mirrors not working properly. Have you checked all the fuses related to the climate control system? It could be something simple like that before you start tearing things apart.

Good shout on the fuses. I'll give them a look tomorrow. But if it's not that, what was the fix for yours? Was it actually the fog sensor itself, or something else entirely?

I wasn't so lucky with mine. After checking the fuses and still no luck, I took it to a workshop. Turns out it was a defective connection to the fog sensor, just like you thought. They sorted it out pretty quick, to be honest.

Cheers for the advice! Gave the fuses a once-over, but no dice. Seems like I'm workshop-bound. Good to know it's probably just a dodgy connection. Hopefully, it won't cost me an arm and a leg. Thanks again!
