Air suspension problem on a BMW i5 with M PRO package

Hi everyone, I have a BMW i5 with the M PRO package and have recently encountered a problem with the air suspension. I received an error message stating that the car was unusually low and that it could damage the undercarriage. The message disappeared, but the car is still lowered a couple of centimeters in the rear. It seems that the level control is the problem, even though I don't have that function. Has anyone else experienced similar problems or have any tips on what could be wrong and how I can fix it?

Start by checking the air suspension compressor and its connections for any signs of damage or leaks. Listen for any unusual noises when the compressor is running, which could indicate a problem. If everything seems fine, inspect the air lines and bags for leaks or damage. Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions!

Hi and thanks for the quick reply. After speaking with BMW roadside assistance, I'm taking the car to a workshop to have it checked. I'll get back with a complete answer.
