Albea Power Window Failure
Summary of the thread
The power windows of a 2011 Fiat Albea were completely unresponsive, with an error related to the window regulator. Initially suspected to be a power window switch issue, it was suggested to check the fuses first. Upon inspection, the fuses were fine, and the problem was identified as a faulty regulator motor, which was then replaced to restore functionality.

Good point! I haven't checked the fuses yet, I will do that first thing tomorrow. When you had that issue with your Albea, were your windows completely unresponsive? Or were they intermittent?

In my case, the windows were completely unresponsive, just as you describe. I recommend checking the fuses first. However, if the fuses are fine, it's likely a faulty regulator motor, and a workshop visit might be necessary.

Thanks for the advice! Turns out the fuse was fine and the regulator was indeed faulty. I had it replaced at a local mechanic, and the total repair cost came to 200€. Back to smooth window operation!

I had a similar problem with my Albea. Are you sure it's the switch and not the regulator motor itself? Have you checked the fuses?
