Amaze headlight range control malfunction
Summary of the thread
The headlight range control on a 2021 Honda Amaze diesel is malfunctioning, with an error message, warning light, and erratic low beam positioning. A suspected cause is a faulty servomotor in the headlight. Another possibility is loose or corroded electrical connectors affecting the adaptive headlights. It is suggested to inspect these connectors and consider professional diagnosis and repair, especially if control module calibration is needed.

Thanks. Can you tell me more about checking the electrical connectors? What signs of corrosion or damage did you see? Did you calibrate the control module after?

I did check the connectors but didn't find anything obvious. No corrosion or anything. Honestly, I just wiggled them a bit and it seemed to help temporarily, but the problem came back. I ended up taking it to a workshop because I didn't want to mess with the control module calibration myself. It's a pain.

Thanks for sharing. I'm going to take it to a workshop to get it diagnosed. The estimated repair cost is about 1040€.

I had a similar issue with my Amaze. The low beam was all over the place. Did you check the electrical connectors going to the headlight? Sometimes those get loose or corroded and can cause the adaptive headlights to act weird. It might also be a control module thing. I'm no expert, but worth a look before you start replacing parts.
