Thanks for the quick reply. Are you saying the purge valve was the only cause of the check engine light and stalling for you? I didn't test the valve directly, just the pressure sensor readings, which seemed normal, but I don't know much about emission control systems.

Yep, just the purge valve on my end. Though with hybrids, things can get a bit more complicated. If the sensor readings are normal and you still have problems, better to take it to a workshop. They will smoke test the system and see where the leak is.

Understood. Thanks for confirming a faulty purge valve can cause those symptoms. I'll take it to a workshop for a full inspection, including a smoke test, as you suggested. The estimated repair cost, including replacing the activated charcoal filter, is about 275€. Thanks again for the help!

Sounds familiar. I had a similar issue on my older BMW, though not a hybrid, check engine light and all. The problem was a faulty purge valve. Did you check the valve itself or only the sensor?
